Carefree, wherever you may be...
How satisfying is it to beat Man United in the FA Cup Final when you're watching it in a pub full of their smug supporters who have been chanting loudly and insulting your team through the whole bloody game?
Very, very, satisfying indeed.

and it's always good to see ferguson sulking.

I thought John Terry's mum cut his hair too. With all the money he makes you'd think he'd have a better 'do.
You may have alienated a few of your followers Lee with this post.
I was there on Saturday and it was a poor game by any standards but we won. 'Blue Is The Colour' on Penny Farthing records - probably the greatest football song ever !
I sit opposite a Man U fan at work and he shook my hand today and said congratulations (that was a shock I can tell you).
'Where's your Double Gone'
Chelsea Steve
I still haven't got over 1970.
DVD
I've been a Chelsea fan since 1970 (that mp3 was recorded off my original 45) and don't give a shit what anyone says about our recent success.
Shame that it seems to be the same top 4 teams winning the FA Cup these days. Unprecedented since the Old Etonions and Royal Engineers!
The days of Cup Final giant-killing acts seem to have gone the same way as the working class football fan.
Tears in my beer.
wots big, red and goes beep beep beep?
the liverpool fc open topped bus goin back in the garage!
dvd
I remember a similar feeling a few years ago - FA Cup 2-0 down at half time surrounded by Liverpool fans making a lot of noise. A Zola-Hughes-Vialli masterclass in the 2nd half made it 4-2. I was on cloud nine for a few days after that.
The ManU fans were quiet throughout the game in my local. In fact it took me a while to realise there were so many of them around as they seem to leave their shirts at home nowadays - weird. They must realise we've only lent them the Prem title this year.
Poor game, but never mind.
I've got the album too. Ossie singing Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep is a highlight.
My 2nd team (there isn't really such a thing I know) Bristol Rovers triumphed at Wembley today in the Div2 play off final. Listening to 40,000 Bristolians singing Goodnight Irene brought a tear to my eye.
Darcy - blue since 66.
